1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at voodinteriors.com (the “Site”), operated by VOOD LLC, a Pennsylvania limited liability company (“VOOD,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a sample request, or otherwise interacting with us through the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not prohibited from using the Site under applicable law. The Site is intended for use by architects, interior designers, contractors, homeowners, and other professionals seeking information about or samples of our products.

3. Description of Services

VOOD manufactures and supplies premium architectural wood products, including wide-plank engineered flooring, stairs, wall and ceiling panels, interior doors, and custom millwork — all manufactured in the United States. Through the Site, visitors may:

Browse and learn about VOOD’s product catalog
Submit a request to order physical product samples via our multi-step sample request form
View portfolio projects and company information
Submit inquiries for product quotes and custom orders via our contact form

The Site does not currently offer direct online purchasing of full product orders. All product orders beyond sample requests are completed through direct communication with VOOD’s sales team following an inquiry or quote request.

4. Sample Requests

4.1 Sample Ordering Process

Visitors may request physical product samples by completing the multi-step sample request form on the Site. Submission of a sample request form constitutes an offer to purchase samples subject to these Terms. VOOD reserves the right to accept or decline any sample request at its sole discretion.

4.2 Pricing and Payment

Samples are offered at a fee as indicated at the time of ordering. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is required to process and fulfill your sample request. VOOD does not process payments directly on the Site; payment processing is handled by secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you authorize the applicable charge for your sample order.

4.3 Shipping

We will make reasonable efforts to ship samples in a timely manner. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. VOOD is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. For international orders, the recipient is responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

4.4 Sample Limitations

Samples are provided solely to assist in product selection and evaluation. Samples are representative of the product line but may vary in grain, color, and finish from full production runs due to the natural characteristics of wood. Samples are not intended for resale or commercial use beyond evaluation purposes.

4.5 Returns

Due to the nature of sample products, all sample sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on sample orders unless the sample received is materially different from what was ordered or arrives damaged. To report a damaged or incorrect sample, please contact us within 7 days of receipt through our contact form.

5. Product Orders (Beyond Samples)

Full product orders are not transacted through the Site. To place a product order, customers must submit a project inquiry or quote request via the contact form at voodinteriors.com/contact-us/. All full product purchases are subject to a separate sales agreement, order confirmation, and applicable terms negotiated directly with VOOD. These Terms govern your use of the Site only and do not constitute a binding sales agreement for full product orders.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 VOOD Content

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, photographs, product images, portfolio imagery, videos, logos, graphics, trademarks, and the overall design and layout of the Site (collectively, “VOOD Content”), is the property of VOOD LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property laws.

6.2 Permitted Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and view the Site and its content for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any VOOD Content without our prior written permission.

6.3 Trademarks

“VOOD” and associated logos and product names are trademarks of VOOD LLC. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without our prior written consent.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Site in any manner that:

Violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation
Is fraudulent, false, misleading, or deceptive
Infringes upon the intellectual property or other rights of VOOD or any third party
Involves the transmission of unsolicited advertising or promotional material (“spam”)
Attempts to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its related systems or networks
Introduces viruses, malware, or other harmful code to the Site
Scrapes, crawls, or otherwise harvests data from the Site without VOOD’s express written permission

VOOD reserves the right to terminate or restrict your access to the Site at any time and for any reason, without notice.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only. VOOD does not endorse, control, or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access third-party sites entirely at your own risk, and we encourage you to review the applicable terms and privacy policies of any third-party services you use.

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT AND SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH IT ARE OFFERED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, VOOD EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

VOOD does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Product images and descriptions on the Site are for general informational purposes. Due to the natural variation inherent in wood products, actual products may differ from photographs or descriptions shown on the Site.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL VOOD LLC, ITS MEMBERS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SITE, EVEN IF VOOD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

In no event shall VOOD’s total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site exceed the greater of (a) the total amount paid by you for sample orders in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VOOD LLC and its members, officers, employees, agents, and representatives from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content or information you submit through the Site.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation between the parties. If not resolved within thirty (30) days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Pennsylvania, and the language of arbitration shall be English. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent irreparable harm. You agree that any claims must be brought in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.

13. Modifications to These Terms

VOOD reserves the right to revise and update these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon posting and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of revised Terms means you accept and agree to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if not possible, severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and VOOD LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding such subject matter.
